Cold Forming Alu Alu foil is widely applied in tropical markets for its supreme barrier effect. Alu alu foil can absolutely resist steam, oxygen and UV rays. At the same time, it provides good performance of odour barrier. Each blister is a single protection unit for pills inside. Opening other cavities will have no effect to separated unit’s barrier . Such product is suitable to pack drugs that easy to be affected in wet regions and tropics.

Alu alu blister foil provides 100% barrier against ** vapour, gases, light and etc. Excellent properties such as of anti-oxygen, moisture-proof, leak-proof, portable, antipollution features enrich alu alu blister foil. High degree of thermal stability and sanitation also make alu alu blister foil a wildly applicable packing material.

It can be shaped in various appearance by changing stamping mold. Also suitable for various tablet/capsule size from double zero to size 4. Simultaneously, alu alu foil’s glorious silvery luster no doubt can promote sales.
