糜蛋白酶

概述
糜蛋白酶又稱為胰凝乳蛋白酶，是從牛（豬）的新鮮胰腺中提取分離出的肽鏈內切酶。呈白色、微黃色結晶或無定形粉末，易溶于水，不溶于有機溶劑。相對分子質量24000，最適PH8~9。干態(tài)穩(wěn)定，水溶液中會迅速失活，以PH3~4的水溶液為最穩(wěn)定。作用于蛋白質時，優(yōu)先水解L-酪氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸的羧基所形成的肽鍵。

用途
? 臨床用于一般創(chuàng)傷或手術后創(chuàng)口愈合、抗炎，防止局部水腫、積血、扭傷血腫、乳房手術后局部腫脹、中耳炎、鼻炎等；用于白內障摘除、松解睫肌韌帶、減少襄腫破裂和視網膜損傷。
除此之外，和胰蛋白酶聯合使用，做為廣普消炎藥。
